Van Gogh House: Residency

I worked with the archive of letters written by Vincent from the house, pulling out the names of plants he mentioned. I observed the plants and trees visible from the windows and dyed linen from pigment extracted from the plants from this research: Ivy, Cherry, Hawthorn and Bay Laurel.

I also ran foraging and dyeing workshops open to the public and for Baytree Centre, a social inclusion charity for women and girls in Brixton.
